• All custom furniture orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before production begins.

• We accept cash, check, Venmo, Credit, and Debit.
   
• Orders will not be scheduled or released until payment is cleared.
   

• Estimated completion and delivery times are provided at order placement but may vary due to material availability, drying/kiln times, or unforeseen circumstances.
   
• We will notify you of delays and work to meet agreed timelines.
   
• Delivery fees may apply based on location and size of the order.
   

• Once an item leaves our workshop, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
   
• If damage occurs during shipping, please notify us immediately so we can assist with claims.
   

• Due to the custom nature of our furniture, all sales are final.
   
• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on custom orders once production has started.
  
   

• Our work often uses live-edge wood, steel, and other natural materials. Variations in grain, knots, patina, or color are normal and part of the design.
   
• These natural features are not considered defects.
   

• We stand by our craftsmanship. Structural defects caused by our workmanship. If any issues should arise please contact us as soon as possible.
   
• This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, exposure to weather, or normal wear and tear.
   

• All designs, photos, and content on our website and social media are the property of Burl Trove Furniture Company.
   
• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
